Calculation Basis:
- • Office workplaces: 1.2h per FTE
- • Other workplaces: 1.5h per FTE
- • Night work: +0.5h per person
- • Allocation: 50% AM, 50% SF (Standard)

Office Workplaces (Danger Class I): 1.2 hours per full-time equivalent (FTE) per year
Office workplaces and comparable low hazards
Other Workplaces (Danger Class II): 1.5 hours per FTE per year
All other workplaces
Night Work: +0.5 hours additional per person per year
At least 50x/year, 6 hours between 22-6 (proportionally for both workplace types)
Important Notes:
- • Part-time employees are calculated proportionally (based on normal working hours)
- • Parts of hours under 0.5 are rounded down, from 0.5 rounded up
- • Minimum 50 employees required
- • Recalculation required when employee count changes by more than 5%
- • Normal working hours can be individually adjusted (Standard: 40 hours/week)
